Fruit bowl

This bowl is made from a 10" square Baltic birch plywood. I cut the zigzag circles inside each other till a base piece was left. I glued it together by stacking and partially rotating each circle. It is finished with clear lacquer.

Wooden pull toy

This toy is made from scrap pieces of wood. The two body parts are walnut, the wheels and head are oak, and the colored beads are prefinished from a store. The tongue is a piece of felt. As it is pulled along it has the appearance of walking or hobbling. It is a fun toy for kids to take for a walk.

Giraffe puzzle

I made this giraffe puzzle from 1/4" plywood. First I painted the plywood all the colors including the lines before I did any cutting. The letters are stick-ons from a department store. This puzzle is made with 26 pieces, so there is one piece per letter from the alphabet. It is made to help the grand kids learn the alphabet. I read that a puzzle is worth about $1.50 per piece and that would make this one a total of $39.00
