Lamp
Old drills like this have come to the end of their usefulness and need to be recycled. Instead of going to the scrap pile I thought it could be turned into a lamp. I removed the motor and installed an industrial lamp socket to the top of it. The original switch is used to turn the lamp on. To keep the light on, the switch is locked into the on position. The drill is mounted on a heavy metal base. The lamp is an Edison lamp.
I thought this lamp would be a good addition to a man's cave.

Tractor
The tractor is dual wheel four wheel drive and articulated steering with a twenty point chisel plow. The wheels on the plow go down and the side wings fold up for transporting. The tractor is made from pine and some Baltic birch, but the plow is built entirely from Baltic birch.

Chairs
With google here, there is little need for encyclopedias. My friend asked if I could make him a set of stools with his. I was up for a challenge, so here they are. I drilled four holes through each volume and ran four bolts through them. The ends are made out of 3/4" Baltic birch.
He says "sitting on them does not enhance your looks, but they might make you smarter"

Bowls
This bowl is made from left over scraps of Brazilian teak hardwood flooring. This called a segmented bowel.
This bowl is made from Manitoba maple or sugar tree.
This bowl is made from Arizona mesquite.
The bottom two are made from logs. They are more fun to make because they allow more creative. The restrictions are based on the log size.
All my bowls are finished with a food safe finish.
